QuickBooks Pro is the right version for your agency if you also want to generate employee paychecks, track payroll taxes and print payroll tax forms (e.g. Forms 941, W-2, and W-3).
QuickBooks Enterprise is the right version for your agency if you also want more than 3 simultaneous users, set individual user permissions, track fixed assets with Fixed Asset Manager, and work in two companies at the same time.
